What knowledge is needed to do business?
Economic Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Labor Law
:Lol, actually this question is quite general, which makes it difficult for everyone to answer. I think it depends on an individual’s abilities; sometimes it’s not necessary to know a lot about Western things in order to succeed. One needs to seize opportunities, and luck also plays a role :)
Business tax, taxation, labor law, contract law, etc
One needs to have some knowledge in finance, accounting, import and export, and taxation – this way, fewer obstacles will arise in the future, making it easier to seize opportunities... Do you want to start a business, buddy? :I guess you’re not the only one who has this idea. Sigh… :sleepy:
What is doing business? Is it about selling things, doing sales? Or plan to sell products and work in marketing? Or provide technical services and work as a sales engineer? . . . . There are so many options – what exactly do you want to do? The laws mentioned above definitely need to be studied; basic knowledge is also essential. But what’s more important is being a good person – doing business means being a good person, and the best form of promotion is promoting oneself! Understanding the principles of being a good person, knowing and comprehending society, grasping the rules of the business world, learning the theories of business operations, choosing one’s direction strategically, moving forward with determination and perseverance – perhaps then success will not be far away. Wish you all the best in making your dreams come true!
I think the key is economic awareness!
