Oxygen content index in gas tanks

The gas holder at the factory has just been completed, and nitrogen purging is about to begin. I was wondering if anyone knows what oxygen level is required for the purging to be considered successful.
What gas is to be stored? The requirements for oxygen content are different. Acetylene was used in the past, and the process required an oxygen content of no more than 0.4%
For a semi-water gas holder, its replacement criteria are an oxygen level of less than 0.5%, and a concentration of carbon monoxide and hydrogen combined being less than 7%
Refinery off-gases, gas. Following the standard of less than 0.4% for acetylene should be fine, right?
