I have little work experience; it’s so frustrating

Recently, I’ve seen many job postings on forums, and they all seem pretty good. It’s a shame that my years of work experience are not sufficient to meet the requirements; it’s really frustrating. It’s so difficult to find truly good jobs! We can only wait for an opportunity; does anyone else feel the same?

I’ve been working for two years; it’s still a very short period of time! I also want to change my environment, but unfortunately companies these days require five or eight years of experience.
Not having enough work experience means you will have more opportunities in the future, as well as more time to prepare at present. Make the most of it, work hard, and you will succeed sooner or later.
Length of service, or work experience, is earned over time
Gold will shine wherever it is; just focus on doing your job well. When the time is right, a good job will find its way to you

Generally speaking, those with longer working experience naturally have more expertise. But can those who are always complaining accumulate the necessary experience over time? Experience is gained through \"working–failing–learning from it, working–succeeding–learning from it\". I have been working in a company for over a decade; when I first graduated, I didn’t know anything. Later, I kept working, experiencing failures and successes over and over again. These are just my personal thoughts; if they sound good, please listen to them; if not, consider them just nonsense. I share them with you all.
