The original chlorine inlet device pressure is 0.15MPa. Now the liquefaction efficiency of one unit is gradually declining. Please help us analyze the reason. Main parameters: Inspiratory pressure: 0.05MPa. Suction temperature: -16.9, exhaust pressure: 0.99KPa, exhaust temperature: 63.8, oil temperature: 47.6, energy level: 100%, current: 220, exhaust gas purity: 96.5%. The purity of the exhaust gas has gradually increased. Half a month ago, the purity was still 79%, and the suction temperature was still -22 degrees. I checked the fluorine level in the liquefaction tank. It was in the middle position. The oil level of the unit was lower in the middle of the sight glass. There was a slight oil leakage. However, such oil leakage had occurred before, but it did not reduce the liquefaction efficiency. There was no unusual noise from the unit itself. There should be less Freon, the suction pressure is 0.05, and the temperature should be around -27 degrees.

If it drops, it means there is a lack of Freon. Another possibility is that the chlorine part of the liquefaction tank is blocked by acid mud, so we have to stop it and take it apart to take a look. Before disassembling, check whether the exhaust pipe is blocked and whether the pressure is lower than before?

The liquefier is blocked: The chlorine part of the liquefier is clogged (pipe side) and the heat transfer effect of Freon is reduced. It needs to be stopped for inspection. 2. The effect of reducing the total amount of Freon leakage is poor. 3. The refrigeration oil in the unit is brought into the liquefier, which blocks the heat absorption of Freon and reduces the liquefaction efficiency. You can stop the unit to drain the oil. But I think the first reason is more likely as you said.
Check whether there is any fluorine leakage. The fluorine level in the liquefier is not normal. Measure the temperature of the liquefier

It is not the Freon leaking out but air entering the system, causing the cooling energy of the system to decrease. ; Solution: 1) Detect leaks and deal with leaks ; 2) Bleed the air out of the system. In other words, the liquefier is not working for some reason. The poster explained that the compressor suction temperature is -22°C, and it is confirmed that the Freon level in the liquefier is normal, indicating that the system does not lack refrigerant and the liquid level is not false. The only remaining explanation is that the tube passage of the liquefier is blocked, causing the heat exchange area to gradually decrease, and eventually the heat exchange capacity is lost, that is, the chlorine gas is no longer liquefied. The main reasons why chlorine cannot be liquefied by heat exchange due to its ability to occupy the heat exchange area are:: 1. The liquid chlorine drain port is blocked, liquid chlorine cannot be discharged, and a large amount of liquid chlorine occupies the pipe side. 2. The raw chlorine is too dirty, and a large amount of acid mist and acid mud carry steel corrosion and block the shell side heat exchange tube, causing this failure. 3. Too much non-condensable gas accumulates in the liquefier, occupying the heat exchange area. The poster can make a targeted analysis and specifically investigate the chlorine system problems, and there is no need to doubt the Freon system.
I agree with the 7th floor's opinion. It should be a problem with the chlorine gas channel, and there is a high possibility that the chlorine gas is clogged.
I don’t think the chlorine channel of the liquefier is blocked. If the chlorine channel is blocked, the suction pressure and suction temperature should both be low. But judging from the parameters provided by the poster, there should be a problem with the content volume ratio adjustment mechanism. Adjust the content-to-volume ratio. If it cannot be adjusted, stop work for inspection.

It is because the liquefaction efficiency has decreased in a short period of time. I think blockage is not the main reason.
