Question about the CAD document search function?

For example, I am searching for a pipeline number within a set of PIDs, but I’m not sure which PID that pipeline belongs to; is it possible to find this document through searching?
Same question; I only know that when it’s opened again, replacement can be achieved through searching.
In terms of programming, access can be enabled; on the surface it seems no action is required, as if the file isn’t opened, but in reality files are still opened, it’s just that neither the opening nor the closing of the files is displayed.
