Cyclone flasher issues

Our unit has a Model 4 flash evaporator, and it always gets clogged at the area where the material is fed in by centrifugal force. We have to hit it repeatedly; both manual and mechanical hammers are used, but sometimes that still doesn’t work. It’s very troublesome to have to disassemble it for cleaning. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there are any good solutions
Check the slope of the feed pipe, and pay attention to the angle of repose of the material.
