As I have just started working in sales for PVC paste resins, I am not very familiar with the performance of these products, their areas of application, or the current market situation. I hope that those with more experience can provide me with professional advice; I welcome any discussions! I would be extremely grateful if there are any resources available for learning! ! :lol
PVC products manufactured from vinyl chloride monomer using processes such as seed emulsion polymerization, continuous emulsion polymerization, microsuspension polymerization, seed microsuspension polymerization, and hybrid microsuspension polymerization are collectively referred to as PVC paste resins. PVC paste resin products possess unique processing properties for soft products that are unmatched by conventional suspension PVC, and they also offer advantages such as simple processing techniques, low equipment investment, and wide applicability. PVC paste resins are widely used in areas such as artificial leather, floor coverings, wallpaper, toys, protective gloves, and adhesives. With continuous advancements in processing technology, new enterprises specializing in the production of PVC paste resins have emerged, serving industries such as automotive, construction materials, healthcare, fitness, and food. Resins with special properties such as high strength, flame resistance, antistatic effects, resistance to extreme temperatures, and excellent pasting capabilities are also seeing rapid development. Therefore, in recent years, many domestic companies have increased the production of PVC paste resin through new construction and expansion efforts, giving rise to a gradual surge in interest in PVC paste resin.
As a synthetic leather, it has great potential for use in areas such as luggage and car seats (animal protection rules prevent the use of genuine leather), and high-quality synthetic leather can even be more expensive than genuine leather!
It is widely used in various fields such as synthetic leather, floor coverings, automotive leather, toys, and others (including bottle cap gaskets, toy coatings, wallpaper, rotational molding materials, inks, adhesives, sealing materials, etc.), offering broad prospects for market application.
