I have a question for everyone. There is a sulfur cake slurry tank that is 4 meters high, with a temperature of 130°C inside; I need a remote-level measurement instrument. The medium is a multiphase system, comprising slurry, solids, supernatant, and foam. Does the foam affect radar and ultrasonic level gauges? The density is unstable, so a pressure-type model cannot be used. There is a stirrer at the bottom of the tank, so a float-type model is not an option. Is there any float-type model that does not require a rod or rope for installation? Sulfur crystallizes easily, and it seems that using a dual-farad method to extract the medium isn’t very effective either. Is there any good way to measure the liquid level? Thank you all
Radar and ultrasonic waves will be affected; do not choose it. The electrostatic float ones won’t work either, right?
Install two differential pressure transmitters, one for measuring pressure and the other for measuring density. A orifice plate valve is installed on the pressure guiding tube, through which compressed air or nitrogen is blown in to ensure that the tube does not get clogged. Height is obtained by dividing pressure by density.
Make openings at the bottom and top of the tank to monitor the liquid level; install a magnetic float level gauge with remote transmission, but make sure to choose the right material for it.

Using a blow-out type level gauge in combination with a differential pressure transmitter yields excellent results!
