Article 47 of the new regulatory standards states as follows: For pressure vessels that do not have inspection holes. The designer should propose specific technical measures, such as increasing the number of inspection items or their proportion, and shortening the inspection cycle, to ensure that the safety and quality of the equipment meet regulatory and standard requirements. Additionally, requirements should be established for the key inspection items that need to be checked regularly during the use of the equipment. “….Ensure that the safety and quality of the equipment meet the requirements of regulations and standards. How should compliance with these conditions be verified when carrying out this task? Are there any corresponding verification documents required?

It’s impossible. The actual approval draft and the final version literally have quite a few changes as well. Especially for the classification coordinates, the official version and the draft for approval are different. The official version is already available online; you had better download and check it out.
Indeed, there are many changes between the draft for approval and the final version, especially in the diagram showing the classification of pressure vessels
The standards themselves are quite vague, which means that people here can apply them flexibly based on their own experience; it’s likely that those who formulated the standards used vague language because it was difficult to set specific requirements. Why break the pot? The safety of pressure vessels is related to the toxicity of the medium, susceptibility to stress corrosion, pressure and temperature, as well as the stability of operating conditions; therefore, decisions regarding how to increase the number of inspection items or their proportion, and how to shorten the inspection cycle, should be made on a case-by-case basis
Do we really have to write a whole paper just to understand something that can be expressed in just a few words?
