Why is it required to use two pressure gauges for the hydraulic testing of pressure vessels? Do these two pressure gauges include those that come with the pressure testing pump?
2 tables are more accurate, avoiding errors. The readings of Table 2 must be the same; both are installed on the device itself, with one of them being installed at the top. The gauge built into the pump is not included
To achieve greater accuracy and reduce errors... the pressure is sometimes just right. In case there’s a problem with one of the sensors... if the pressure gets too high, things can get complicated
Is it to prevent one table from getting damaged? I thought that placing one at a lower level and another at a higher level was to prevent accidents caused by excessive local pressure resulting from residual gas in the container.
One is placed at a higher point and the other at a lower point; the test pressure is based on the pressure at the higher point. These gauges need to be **calibrated by the relevant department. Of course, the two gauges can also be used to verify each other’s readings, in order to ensure that none of them are inaccurate.
