Our company intends to build a 100,000 tons per year full-density polyethylene production facility; I would be extremely grateful if someone could assist us by providing information on the costs associated with the construction work within that site
I heard that a chemical plant is under construction in Shenyang. I wonder if any of you are aware of this. Thank you all! !
It is recommended that the original poster consult relevant design institutes or companies with similar installations to gather information; the data obtained in this way is likely to be more reliable.
There must be quite a lot of pollution, and the materials used are likely to be relatively cheap
100,000 tons seems a bit small; these days, new installations are usually 300,000 or 450,000 tons, right?
According to CNPC News: On July 7, the 200,000-ton per year full-density polyethylene production facility, which is a key project of China’s XX Group Company, was brought online successfully in its first attempt, producing qualified products. It is understood that the total investment in this production facility amounts to 1.28 billion yuan. It utilizes the internationally advanced Basell technology from Germany’s BASF company, and features high catalyst efficiency, a short production process, fewer pieces of equipment, lower requirements regarding the precision of raw materials, as well as reduced energy consumption. It can increase sales revenue by 1.3 billion yuan per year.
