First start the emergency power supply to ensure that key positions must use electricity, such as circulating cooling water, control systems, etc., and then shut down the corresponding equipment according to the parking sequence.
If the raw material hydrogen is stopped, a small dry recovery cycle can be used to reduce the feed volume of the reduction furnace without affecting purification.； If there is no emergency power supply during a power outage, the feed to the reduction furnace needs to be shut down and hydrogen air-cooked. If the power outage lasts for a long time, dry recycling needs to be stopped. ； If the power outage lasts for a short period of time, the dry recycling method will be cut into small cycles, and the large cycle will be resumed after normalization.
