Our company produces drum screens used for screening compound fertilizers and organic fertilizers; these screens often get clogged, and it is very troublesome to clean them manually. I wonder if any of you sea friends know about an automatic cleaning device for drum screens (one that is cost-effective, safe, and easy to install).
I mean, if anyone has any good suggestions, our coal vibrating screens suffer from severe sticking when the coal is wet.
Just to offer a suggestion: add a vibration hammer.
It can help alleviate bonding issues to some extent; the mixing seems to be appropriate
Medium-sized steel balls are placed inside the drum; as the drum rotates, the impact between these balls and the drum can help dislodge any blocked material. The assumption is that the steel balls won’t leak in and end up inside your product. Personal thoughts
It’s true that drum screens tend to get clogged easily; however, we use vibrating screens, which have four corners and eight springs, and they are driven by a motor – so they’re not prone to clogging! ! Because it is vibrating constantly, moving up and down
That’s 2 units then, with an additional crushing unit added later!
Unwind the waste steel wire rope, cut it into pieces 25 centimeters long, and press them down against the edge of the drum sieve using flat steel; as the drum rotates, it continuously rubs against the sieve mesh, making it difficult to block it.
Is the brush cleaning mechanism not very effective? I see that foreign equipment is used in this way; composting seems to be a suitable option.
