I downloaded the movie using Windrow yesterday, but I couldn’t open it this morning. What’s the reason?

Please describe in detail the phenomena during startup! Can I access the startup screen? Is there an audio alarm during startup self-check? How frequent and how short? What motherboard to use? It’s possible to determine where the problem lies from the sound. Is the fan spinning? Does it refer to the power supply fan, CPU fan, or graphics card fan? If nothing happens after pressing the power button, not even the keyboard lights flicker, with only the power supply fan running, I suspect there might be a problem with the power supply. The case can be opened to check whether the 5V power supply is working properly. . . .
