What format needs to be changed to upload a file?

As long as the file size meets the forum’s requirements, it’s fine; a compressed format is generally suitable. There’s always a way to open compressed files, so no need to worry about that. But it’s better to explain first when you upload, as different people have different preferences
It’s best to explain what the content being uploaded is when uploading it; for drawings, specify what format they are in, and also describe the documents. This is because there are often duplicate files, and one only realizes this after downloading them. A screenshot explanation is best.
