More sulfur is added to the new sulfur melting vessel than to the old one; what methods can be used to increase the sulfur production of the old vessel?
It might be that the structures of the two sulfur melting vessels are different, and there is no effective way to increase production. Just buy another one! ! !
We use continuous sulfur melting; I think it’s likely that the old reactor has been in use for a long time, causing internal sticking which affects heat transfer. Is it possible?
Try cleaning the sticky residues on the inner wall of the old reactor with acetic acid and see how it works.
