How to choose heat transfer oil?

Now, I need to design a process in which heat transfer oil is used to heat the materials, with the oil temperature kept below 300°C. I have not used heat transfer oil before and am not familiar with it; could someone please explain how to choose such oil? I would appreciate recommendations for options that meet the requirements. Below 300, there should be many options available. I recommend checking the websites of Therminol or Dowtherm. From my experience, the Santotherm 66 used by our company is an excellent product for temperatures below 330 degrees. It’s a product from Therminol; I’m not sure if the new version is called something other than Therminol 66.
