I’m feeling very frustrated at work right now; I’m seeking your advice on how to get rid of this frustration
Keep going. Small or big difficulties in life are inevitable; take a good bath, get some sleep, and everything will get better
Participate more in entertainment and union-organized activities, and go out to relax on weekends

Study hard* and maintain a motivated attitude. If you feel depressed because of slipping back, then just keep feeling depressed
