Regarding the pressure testing of oxygen pipelines

When pressurizing the oxygen pipeline, if no drain line is installed, water will accumulate at the lowest points after pressurization; these areas need to be cut open to drain the water before welding with TIG welding. Does this affect the safety of using the pipeline?
There should be no impact, but if it is the final welding point of a pressure pipeline, flaw detection is required.
