The most commonly used materials for plug gaskets are 20#, 35#, stainless steel, etc. Question: How should one choose the appropriate material depending on different temperatures, media, and pressures? How is the preload determined when tightening the plug? What are the requirements for machining plug holes? (For example, in terms of perpendicularity) By how much should the hardness of the plug plate be higher than that of the plug to be ideal? (Silent plug plate: Q345R, Q245R. Plug: 20#, 35#; Gasket: 08#. What is the hardness range of these after heat treatment? Is there any other friend who knows how to calculate the seismic strength of an air cooler frame?
