You want to ask whether to maintain 0.4MPa? You need to increase the static pressure energy to offset the potential energy. . If there is no phase change heat in the gas, you only need to check whether the physical properties under the inlet and outlet pressures meet the requirements for heat transfer. Just make sure you can put the liquid in. The situation with phase changes is much more complicated. It may be beneficial or harmful.
This is a problem of matching the resistance of the entire system process. As long as you can ensure that the inlet and outlet pressure difference is greater than 0.4MPa-0.15Mpa=0.25MPa, it will not affect normal use. But be careful, whether the absolute pressure at the outlet will become too small, affecting the changes in physical properties!
