Currently, domestic copper prices have been fluctuating in the range of 48,000 to 50,000 for over 2 months. Given the current economic conditions, what are your predictions for the trend in copper prices? In my view, the economies of China and some developing countries – such as Brazil and India – are currently in the process of recovering, but those of developed countries like Europe and Japan are still recovering slowly. Most importantly, the economic recovery situation in the United States remains uncertain; therefore, it is predicted that copper prices will remain at their current levels for a considerable period of time.
Is that a good thing? The wage increase that our copper factory planned for two months ago has been canceled
Although prices have risen, the market has shown little reaction; there is a discount on spot prices these two days. Personally, I think copper prices are likely to rise further, but this upward trend won’t last long and prices will fall again

At this time, trading copper is likely to result in losses. If it’s for own use, it should be determined based on the production volume. It’s tough for those who work in copper smelting – one moment it’s fire, the next it’s water.
