When receiving an order, only the volume is specified; it is asked: 1. Under the condition of meeting the volume requirement, what is a suitable ratio between the cylinder diameter and the equipment’s length? 2. There are regulations regarding that point. 3. How do regular manufacturers determine it?
There doesn’t seem to be any specification regarding the length-to-diameter ratio of the equipment! However, there are corresponding standards for selecting the nominal diameter; in my opinion, the visual proportionality should also be taken into account, and this may vary from one manufacturer to another!
There is generally no specified ratio, but you need to consider the appearance of the container as well as the amount of material used. In other words, it’s about finding the way to use the least amount of material possible in order to increase your financial benefits
