Do you know what the benefits are for new employees at Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.? I just heard that the leadership gets good treatment, but what about the employees? The company is listed on the stock market – is it still considered a state-owned enterprise? Is it still considered part of Anhui Province? The website doesn’t give a positive impression, and it’s said to be inferior compared to other design firms.

It’s the only subsidiary of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry’s design institute that has gone public; currently, efforts are being made to take the entire company public as well.
