There is a 20T circulating fluidized bed boiler in our workshop that often suffers from water hammering, which has not been solved and many check valves have been damaged. There are four identical boilers in total, but the other three don't have that phenomenon? Could you please give me some advice, analyze the reasons and give a solution?
Installing a low-flow bypass in the pipeline where water hammer occurs, and starting the small-flow bypass water injection before putting in the main pipeline, should solve the water hammer phenomenon.
