The flat-type grinder is also known as a disc-type grinder. The working principle of the QS series of horizontal disc-type pneumatic grinders is as follows: Compressed air passes through nozzles that are evenly distributed around the grinding chamber and at an angle relative to the radius of the chamber; this converts pressure energy into kinetic energy, generating high-speed air currents. These currents cause the powder particles that enter the grinding chamber continuously and uniformly via the feeding injector to collide violently with each other, as well as with the inner surface of the chamber, thereby achieving ultra-fine grinding.
