During our production process, sulfuric acid AN is generated in the mother liquor, which is intended to be reused as an important raw material. However, as the number of times the mother liquor is recycled increases, the concentration of sulfuric acid AN also rises, which is detrimental to our production processes. So the best approach would be to isolate anhydrous sulfuric acid from it. Are there any good methods for this?

Multi-effect evaporation is a good choice. After evaporation, when the concentration of the output reaches a certain level, anhydrous sulfuric acid can be separated using a centrifuge. If the organic content of the feed liquid is high, the evaporated condensate will contain a certain amount of COD and requires further treatment.
