I would like to ask how the amount of material, namely sand (or ash), in the external bed of a circulating fluidized bed boiler and in the high-temperature superheater is determined Is the flow rate of sand (or ash) in these two the same, or is it different?
It is about what the circulation rate of sand or ash in the external bed is, and whether it is the same as the circulation rate in the high-temperature reheater
I heard that there are only a few fluidized bed boilers with external heat exchangers in China. Does anyone know whether such external heat exchangers are prone to tube failure? :)
