Living a life with shift work is a challenge in itself; if the body keeps working on alternating shifts, it will eventually give out. Since we have to work in shifts, what should we do? How should we prepare? How can we make adjustments?
Apart from having meals together as a team, singing K-pop, going to bars, playing badminton, carrying guns together, and working shifts together, what other activities are there? What kinds of activities would be needed to make life more interesting?
