May I ask what exactly the senior designer’s workload assessment is for? Is it linked to project bonuses? Since new employees joined the project this month, can we record design hours for them? What does that have to do with things like professional title evaluations? Thank you!~
You can fill it in if you were involved in the design process; it has nothing to do with your professional title. Filling in too much indicates a lack of efficiency, while filling in too little means you did less work – it’s sufficient to be honest and factual.
It’s the first time I’ve heard of individuals filling out forms; it should be an assessment by the employer, right? ? ?
