Because the temperature is high, the linear speed of the rich gas will increase, and the amount of mist entrainment will increase suddenly. The inlet of the air compressor will be oily, and the working condition of the air compressor unit will deteriorate, which will damage the blades of the unit. In serious cases, the unit will be destroyed! ! If the temperature of crude gasoline is 60 degrees, the absorption will be insufficient, and the tower will be flushed if it is serious. The dry gas will not be dry, and the oily gas will be unqualified. At the same time, the pressure of the absorption stabilization system will also increase, and the entire system will "swell", which may cause the safety valve to trip! ! It’s better to consider cooling down and add some extra water spray temporarily, the effect is good!

The increase in crude gasoline temperature has a certain impact on the operation, which can affect the reaction pressure, processing load, air compressor load, absorption tower absorption effect, etc. The top temperature can be appropriately lowered on the premise of ensuring that the dry point of the crude gasoline is qualified, and the air cooling tube bundle can be flushed with water to remove dust to increase the air cooling effect.
As for the dangers, everything has been said above. I don't know what measures you have taken. Is it necessary to reduce the volume, spray the cooler, and replace the new pipe bundle as soon as possible. There should be a spare. Strengthen inspections of air compressor positions at ordinary times. Fortunately the weather is getting cooler now, it would have been even more difficult in the summer. How is the absorption effect now? Is the dry air still up to standard?
There is no reduction in dosage (it is said that business is very good now). I don’t do dry gas during the hottest time of the day, but the dry gas after taking off the clothes in the morning is still up to standard!
If cold reflux is used, the top temperature will be difficult to control, which will have a great impact on the fractionation operation! The temperature to absorb stable gasoline is too high, which will also have a big impact on its operation.
