What is the reason for the increase in the exit temperature of the gas from the packing section of the high-pressure scrubber (i.e., the temperature of the gas leaving the packing section) in the (CO2 stripping process)?

The heat exchange capacity of the high-pressure water decreases: this includes a reduction in the flow rate of the high-pressure water, an increase in the temperature of the high-pressure water entering the high-pressure scrubber, as well as a reduction in the heat exchange area and heat exchange coefficient of the high-pressure scrubber. 2. The ammonium methylate liquid from the low-pressure recovery system to the high-pressure scrubber is not evenly distributed within the high-pressure scrubber, resulting in insufficient mixing between gas and liquid. This could be a local blockage in the methylammonium solution distributor. 3. Recover oil from the ammonium formate solution to reduce the gas-liquid contact area in the packing layer. 4. Local blockage of the tubes in the heat exchange section of the high-pressure scrubber tower. 5. The concentration of the recovered methanamide solution increases, but the impact is not significant. 6. Instrument issues.
