Effective ways for coal enterprises to achieve scientific development

As the title suggests, how can coal-related enterprises achieve sustainable development? How can effective ways be maintained?
In my opinion, several key relationships need to be addressed, as follows: properly handling the relationship between the present and the long term, while ensuring a balanced approach to resource development and environmental protection; properly managing the relationship between core business activities and auxiliary activities, so as to promote simultaneous development of coal-related products and industries other than those related to coal; properly balancing quantity and quality, and ensuring coordinated growth in both development speed and economic efficiency; and properly addressing the relationship between production and safety, so as to achieve an organic integration of corporate profitability and employees’ interests
