A sulfuric acid concentration of around 160–190 g/l is appropriate.
180~200g/l is more appropriate
It is related to the current density as well as the composition of the anode plate; it is generally between 160 and 200, and adjustments should be made according to one’s actual conditions

It is generally between 160 and 190. The choice depends on the specific components of the electrolyte. If it is electrolysis, the value should be as low as possible to prevent anode passivation. In the case of electrowinning, it depends on the concentration of anions in the electrolyte (F\CL). If the anion concentration is high, the acid concentration should not be too high, as this can cause severe corrosion of the anode plates. If the concentration of harmful anions is low or virtually zero, a higher acid concentration is beneficial for current transmission, helps to reduce the cell voltage, and improves current efficiency.
