Generally, pumps require on-site control; what we have here is merely an operation panel used to control the pump’s emergency stop and start functions. Meanwhile, station control allows for centralized management, including frequency conversion and overpressure interlocks, among other things.
In our facility, all pumps in the pump rooms require on-site control cabinets; we have never seen any example without such cabinets; Regarding centralized control and interlock control, if the process requires a continuous supply of the medium, interlocks must be installed
It may be configured in combination with other devices to measure temperature and pressure.
In current manufacturing processes, two aspects need to be considered: the control room and local control.
