Sewage valves are used in pipelines; are they single-valve or double-valve? If it is a single valve, what kind of valve should it be? If it’s a dual-valve system, what are the two types of valves?
Generally, single valves are used for low-pressure systems, while double valves are used for high-pressure systems; in cases where the pressure is too high, a single valve may still leak, so a regular gate valve is sufficient.
As a supplementary note, for the drain valve, a quick-opening type should be used
Single valves are commonly used; for highly toxic substances, double valves are often employed.
