At 23, I suddenly felt it was time to think about getting a house. Salaries are relatively low now. Buying a house with a loan means spending tens of thousands more, which seems like a loss. I borrowed the money from a relative to pay it in full at once, and then exchanged it for one without interest; I’m too embarrassed to ask. Buying a house with a salary when it’s not even clear when the salary will increase. I don’t know how to buy stocks, as I know nothing about them at all. Buying lottery tickets, the chances of winning are slim. Dependent on parents, no money. Relying on friends, it seems none of them have that much money to spare. Relying on my own, I guess I need to learn more; I’ll buy it in 5 years... After thinking it over, taking out a loan to buy a house seems to be the more reliable option.
I’m 34, and I still don’t dare to dream of buying a house.
Still not buying it even though it’s the LS34? {:3_46:}
24 years old; I’ll talk about it when I’m 30. I don’t have any capability at the moment{:3_49:}
Family ties and friendships are often affected by financial interests; therefore, be cautious
If you don’t have money, just wait. Taking out a loan means working for the bank for free! Make a careful choice by yourself
Take your time; wait until you’ve earned enough before buying it. It’s not too late to get married at 30 either
It’s still better to buy as soon as possible; housing prices keep rising. Although borrowing money to buy a house results in additional interest costs, the increase in the property’s value outweighs those interest expenses. I also tried not to take out a loan back then, so I bought a smaller house; now its value has doubled. If I had bought a larger one at that time and used a loan for it, I would have repaid it by now (I regret it now, and I’m planning to take out another loan to buy a second house). These are still for the original poster’s reference only.
My advice: First, it’s best to find a relative who can lend you the money so you can pay in full at once. Second, buying a house with a mortgage is a middle option. Third, waiting and seeing is the worst choice. Haha
House prices are rising, and taking out a loan to buy a house can actually be seen as a form of savings. If you decide to sell the house in a few years, the extra money you earn will be roughly equal to the interest on your loan. If you already have a stable job, you might consider buying a house. My salary is too low at the moment; after paying off the loan each month, I can barely afford to eat. Moreover, I need my family to help with the down payment, which makes me very hesitant~~~
Young people really face a lot of difficulties. I used to hear that those born in the 1980s were great, but once I started working, I realized that our generation faces enormous pressure – and it’s all because of housing
