Let’s discuss our respective work experiences – why do those pipes in ammonia synthesis often get clogged? Leaking valve?

The nozzles used in the conversion process in our factory get clogged frequently, and the fuel gas filters also often have high pressure differences that require cleaning. Also, the inlet and outlet butterfly valves of the inter-stage cooling equipment for the compressor often get clogged, resulting in excessively high compressor temperatures.
