Could everyone please explain what flash vapor is?
Vaporized gas is the gas produced by the flash tower during operation.
Vaporization refers to a process applied to gases at high temperature and pressure, where a rapid drop in pressure lowers the boiling point of that substance; since the initial temperature is above this boiling point, vaporization occurs instantaneously, allowing the gas and liquid to be separated. The gas that comes out is flash vapor.

Flash evaporation refers to a liquid substance that is under high temperature and pressure but has not yet reached its boiling point; when the pressure drops rapidly, the boiling point of this substance also drops quickly, while the temperature of the liquid remains above its boiling point. As a result, vaporization occurs at the moment when the pressure of the liquid drops rapidly, and the gas that results from this process is known as flash vapor. The general flash evaporation process is used for the concentration of solutions or the separation of solutes. For example, it is used to concentrate and separate a certain substance from an aqueous solution containing that substance. A pressurized aqueous solution of this substance, at temperatures and pressures above the boiling point under normal conditions, is suddenly depressurized to normal pressure; as a result, the water in this pressurized solution vaporizes instantly, thereby separating part or all of the water along with the solute of that substance, or concentrating the solution.
