I wonder if other factories have this problem and how to deal with it? The valves with high flash to medium flash and the valves with medium flash to low flash are often clogged.
The regulating valve is clogged. I have never encountered pipe blockage, but I have experienced it. 1. Generally, when this happens, immediately lower the water from the gasifier and scrubber, and at the same time open the bottom of the flash tank to drain. Use a manual valve to control the liquid level and maintain operation. Only when there is no connection for a long time and online processing is required, pay attention to ground safety when opening and discharging. This operation is more dangerous. 2. If you have set up a start-up cooler, you can directly change it to the start-up cooler.
We have experienced high-flash angle valve jamming, which is difficult to deal with online.
