The nitrogen pressure in the nitrogen system of our factory is unstable, so our workshop purchased a small nitrogen generator to produce nitrogen for use as sealing gas. However, some time ago, the nitrogen analyzer indicated that the nitrogen concentration suddenly dropped to 59%, which caused the nitrogen vent compressor to shut down automatically as a result of the interlock mechanism. Later on, the concentration failed to increase, so there was no choice but to connect the vent line to the press line as well. I’m not an expert in equipment and don’t know much about nitrogen generators. Could you, as an expert in this field, tell me what’s wrong with this nitrogen generator?
This problem is likely caused by an issue with the adsorber; you can contact the manufacturer to have the adsorbent inside it replaced!

Look for problems in the adsorbent and the pressure swing adsorption process; in addition, the nitrogen analyzer also needs to be checked, as there is a high likelihood of issues there as well. I’m not familiar with the principle of your nitrogen analyzer; if there is sample gas, it’s also necessary to check that
