Reasons: 1) Low concentration of acidic gas; 2) Insufficient air supply; 3) The partial combustion method is not suitable for the plant’s operations. Solutions: 1) Contact the upstream plant to increase the concentration of acidic gas; 2) Adjust the air supply ratio; 3) Switch to a split-flow operation method

Changes in the temperature of these acidic gases, which lead to variations in the amount of water vapor carried; 3. Failure of the ratio meter, resulting in insufficient air supply for the operators
