Oxygen pipeline flange leak

Today, we increased the pressure in the oxygen pipeline to 25 kilograms in order to check for leaks. We found leaks at certain blind flanges, so we prepared to fix them. Some people said it would be safer to release the pressure first before fixing the leaks, while others said it was fine to fix them while the pressure was still present. In the end, the leak was fixed while the system was still under pressure; I personally think this is very dangerous. I’d like to hear everyone’s opinions on this
Hehe, there’s no need to discuss such a question – any standard requires pressure relief and leak prevention! The reason for sealing leaks under pressure is that no accidents have occurred; if an accident did happen, I doubt anyone would dare to do it under pressure!
Sure, pressure needs to be released in order to stop the leak; there should be relevant standard regulations – you can look them up by yourself
It seems that with circulating water of around 5 kilograms, it’s fine, but with gas at such high pressure and, moreover, oxygen, it becomes dangerous
Plugging leaks under pressure is a last-resort measure; if the process permits, working under reduced pressure is safer. Accidents often occur in places where it seems they shouldn’t.
