How to prevent the adsorbent from breaking apart? I would appreciate your advice. I’ve seen a design for an auxiliary tank; which manufacturers have used it? Could you share some of your experience with it?
It may be due to high adsorption pressure and few pressure equalization cycles, resulting in a large pressure difference per cycle; it could also be caused by the adsorbents pressing against each other, or by excessively high pressures during forward and reverse operation
The number of forward and reverse operations is too low, resulting in high adsorption pressure; the gas impacts the adsorbent, causing turbulence upward and downward as well as collisions between particles, which makes pulverization more likely.
