Fix it if possible; use more tape, and if that doesn’t work, replace it
It’s better to replace it; otherwise, if leakage occurs, replacing it later will be more troublesome. Using tape to seal the leak may solve the problem, but it is only a temporary fix, and leakage could occur again at any time.
