Chemical companies use a large amount of flammable and explosive materials. They often encounter flammable, explosive and volatile liquids that need to be fed into raw material storage tanks or intermediate storage tanks. In order to reduce the generation of static electricity or reduce the volatilization of liquids, certain design considerations are required for the pipes where liquids enter the storage tanks. Can't it be transported directly through pipelines? ?
For vertical storage tanks, the feed pipe is usually bent so that the material is fed along the barrel wall.; The horizontal first shift is inserted below the liquid level, about 200mm from the bottom of the tank.
It can be fed from the bottom. If it is fed from above, it can flow along the wall, or the feeding pipe can be inserted close to the bottom, usually 50 or 100mm.

The feed pipe must extend to the bottom of the tank.
It is introduced in Section 2 of the Petrochemical Fire Protection Design Code GB50160 for flammable liquid storage tanks. One is to enter from the bottom as much as possible. If the material must be fed from the top of the tank, it must be extended to 200mm from the bottom of the tank.
I usually insert it 100mm from the top to the bottom of the tank, especially for volatile liquids.
Stick to the wall or extend under the liquid surface. If there is a requirement to discharge static electricity, this will be done, and a mark will be painted on it by a craftsman.
There are two ways, the bottom is inserted, and the second is to insert from the top 200mm from the bottom. The specification says SH3007
