The function of the isolation water seal at gas stations

The water seal is a reliable gas shutoff device; I believe the main function of the water seal at the outlet of the gas generator is to shut off the gas in order to create the conditions necessary for maintaining the equipment located further downstream. The main uses are as follows: 1. Before heating up the producer, a water seal must be established and the outlet gas must be shut off. 2. In the event of an emergency power outage, failure of the rear electrostatic precipitator or washing tower, or pipeline leaks, a water seal must be established promptly. 3. When it is necessary to inspect and clean the rear equipment and pipelines, a water seal must be established first, and the area must be purged properly before any work can be carried out. 4. If the quality of the gas is unsatisfactory (before ignition, or when there are abnormalities in the furnace operation), a water seal must be installed to prevent accidents caused by an excessive oxygen content. Additionally, when in use, attention should be paid to the selection of the drain valve for the water seal; it is best to use a quick-drain valve to prevent blockages and poor drainage.
