Thermal conductivity

I am now using high-temperature heat transfer oil to heat water in order to generate steam. The heat exchanger is a U-tube reboiler, with the heat transfer oil flowing through the tube side. I would be very grateful if you could advise me on what appropriate values for the heat transfer coefficient should be used!
