Who knows what the typical service life of the refractory bricks or water walls in Luchi technology is?
The designer of our furnace said that refractory bricks generally last 1-2 years, while the water wall lasts 20 years; I am skeptical about this claim – let the facts speak for themselves.
The design life of the water wall is 20 years; as long as there is no overheating and no interruption in water supply, its service life will remain relatively long.
In actual operation, it’s hard to say; the degree of controllability isn’t high
