In the revised code, paragraph (2) of clause 1.11 states that “for the design and manufacture of pressure vessels……………………, the required data must be entered into the information management system for special equipment in a timely manner.” ” Appendix D of the new version of the tolerance specifications only lists the manufacturing numbers; it does not specify any requirements regarding the design. Also, where is the “Special Equipment Information Management System”? If anyone knows, please share the information!

Most of the technical details are included in the referenced standards; regulations should have the appearance of proper regulations, without trying to cover everything and ending up in a messy mess. Head joint? Look for GB150.
There is still a transition period before the new regulatory requirements come into effect on December 1st, so there’s no need to worry. During this transition period, everything will be improved; at present these are only theoretical requirements. For example, regarding the required risk assessments, no specific data tables have been established yet.
The regulations regarding the inspection of head joints are now more clear. I don’t have the relevant book with me, so I can’t specify which rule it is, but the general idea is as follows: there are two methods for inspecting head joints. One involves conducting non-destructive testing before stamping, and another requires another inspection of the transition arc section after stamping. The second method is to conduct no inspections before stamping, and carry out comprehensive inspections after stamping. For the issue of the inspection ratio, it should be treated as Category A.
Under Category A, it means that 100% testing is no longer required. If my equipment is used for partial flaw detection, then should I follow the criteria applicable to partial flaw detection? Pay attention!
